No. Your salary expectation, location preferences, and other data you choose not to share are used only by our matching algorithm. They are never shown to employers unless you explicitly choose to reveal them on a specific match. Your preferences are private by default.

Your profile is only visible to employers you've matched with. You control what's shared on every field. We never sell your data or share it outside of matching. The platform is fully GDPR compliant.

We match on skills, not titles. Our engine reads your full profile and scores it against every active role based on genuine capability overlap. The right roles come to you, you don't need to search or apply blindly.
